HOW WE DO IT:  We are a wood-fired pizza oven delivered straight from Italy. It takes 2-days to bring our oven to temperature. The smell of Post Oak will waft over your party and send your guests into a pizza craze! We've seen it :) We show up 2-hours before your event and get everything setup. We then serve for 2-hours or until people pass out. We leave and your guests tell you what an awesome party you just had!!

WHY POST OAK: Post Oak burns at a consistently high temperature and adds a smoky flavor to our meats and vegetables. Our oven is almost 1000º. It is also a sustainable and renewable resource :)

KIDDOS: Kid parties are fun! We suggest our Austin Original and a Cheese Pizza for these little guys. This package starts at $12/per kiddo. Package comes with your choice of salad and focaccia bread.

PRIMO: Adult parties are also fun! Pick 2 CLASSIC and 1 SPECIALTY. This package starts at $16/per guest and is our most popular. Package comes with your choice of salad and focaccia bread.

ULTIMO: For the Pizza Enthusiast! We shut down the party with pizza happiness. You may need extra couch space :). Pick any 4 PIZZAS and it's on! This package starts at $20/per guest and is also very popular. Package comes with your choice of salad and focaccia bread.
