HOW WE DO IT
At Fire & Slice, we bring the party—literally. Our Italian wood-fired oven takes two full days to reach the perfect temperature, and when we arrive, the rich aroma of Post Oak smoke sets the mood before the first pizza hits the plate. We show up 2 hours before your event to set up, fire up, and get the pizza magic rolling. Then we serve for 2 hours—or until your guests can't eat another slice. Either way, you'll go down as the host of the year.
Why Post Oak?
Post Oak isn’t just our secret ingredient—it’s a whole vibe. This sustainable wood burns hot (nearly 1000º!) and infuses our pizzas with a rich, smoky flavor that elevates every bite. We use welding gloves to work near that heat—so yes, we’re serious about our craft.

Perfect for kids’ parties! Includes our Austin Original and Cheese pizzas, plus your choice of salad and focaccia bread.

PRIMO PACKAGE
Our most popular adult party option. Choose 2 Classics and 1 Specialty pizza, plus your choice of salad and focaccia bread.

ULTIMO PACKAGE
The ultimate pizza feast for the serious pizza lovers. Pick any 4 pizzas from our menu and go all in. Includes your choice of salad and focaccia bread.
